📦 When will my order arrive?

We ship all orders directly from our EU-based facility. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Germany: 2–5 business days

  • Across the EU: 5–10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real-time.


🌍 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship across Europe to ensure fast and reliable delivery. For other regions, we’re working on expanding soon — stay tuned.


🔍 How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Simply click the link to see the latest status of your delivery.

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

🔁 Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • It’s in its original packaging

  • You contact us before sending it back

To initiate a return, email us at info@opferent.com. Please note: returns without prior approval may not be accepted.


❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
